Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee at Governor's Square Mall in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on teaching leadership, sales, and operations to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities; involves recruiting, training, and motivating Teammates, with leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Manager.

Expect a full-time schedule with on-site duties, opportunities to travel within the district, and participation in Buckle’s trainee program to develop skills in merchandising and guest

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; retail experience acceptable.
• Experience leading teams in a retail setting is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to train teammates.
