Buckle in Nashville at The Mall At Green Hills is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. This on-site, full-time role supports the Store Manager in leadership, sales, merchandising, and training of Teammates to deliver legendary guest service.

The position evolves from AIT to Assistant Manager, sharing duties across sales, coaching, and operations to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest-service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nashville, TN.
