Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Nashville. You will recruit, train, and motivate Teammates while driving sales, guest service, and operational excellence across the store.

You will share responsibility for training and coaching staff, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, and growing a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a team and coaching Teammates desirable.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and meet sales goals.
• Lead and train Teammates to deliver Buckle standards.
• Recruit and develop new Teammates for store needs.
• Oversee store operations when Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation.
