Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Nashville to develop leadership and operational skills while driving sales and guest service. You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and mentor Teammates, and you may oversee store operations in their absence.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and customer engagement as you progress through the trainee program toward Store Manager responsibilities. On-site schedule with full-time benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Ability to travel and cover other stores within District based on business needs.
• Excellent customer service and sales ability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and interviewing Teammates.
• Develop skills and coach Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and lead team meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and handle daily operations.
