7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Store Leader to supervise staff, train teammates, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will also help implement merchandising and marketing programs and oversee cash handling and loyalty initiatives. The role emphasizes internal advancement, strong employee motivation, and a commitment to safe, clean store operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.

Responsibilities
