Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role includes supervising staff, delivering strong customer service, and supporting the Store Leader in daily operations.

You will help implement merchandising programs, manage cash and loyalty activities, and promote a safe, clean, in-stock store environment. This position emphasizes leadership development and intra-store advancement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have 1 year of retail management experience.
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader for all store employees.
Develop leaders, hire and retain qualified staff, and empower the team.
Implement merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
Communicate effectively with the team and drive store performance.
