7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. This role focuses on leading a store team, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective merchandising and coaching. Immediate hiring with full-time hours and competitive pay.

You will work closely with the Store Leader, oversee daily operations, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe store environment and exemplary service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Experience in supervising store staff is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving store sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and merchandising.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
