7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team and help guide staff while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with the Store Leader to coach associates and manage daily operations across departments, including merchandising and promotions.

The role emphasizes internal advancement, with training, a focus on loyalty programs, cash handling, and maintaining a safe, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for store staff.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to retain staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
• Excellence in oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; Retail Management experience counts.
