7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. We are seeking candidates with supervisory experience for our Assistant Store Leader Trainee role.

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and immediate hiring to build strong leadership within our stores. The role focuses on customer service leadership, staff development, merchandising execution, and creating a safe, well-maintained store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Experience in supervising and coaching store staff to provide customer service.
• Able to implement merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks.
