Job summary

CVS Health in Elmhurst, IL, is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager over 16 weeks of structured, self-paced and collaborative training. You’ll work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach, gaining hands-on and virtual learning experiences to build leadership capabilities.

45-hour weeks, full-time schedule, with pay range documented.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree commonly required or preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
