The program spans 16 weeks and combines self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager in designated market.
