You'll work with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to grow as a leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team through SMIT program.
• Assist in merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure CVS values and policies are followed.
