Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. This 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will participate in Key Learning Experiences and gain leadership experience to prepare for store leadership roles across the designated market. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week self-paced training toward Store Manager.

• Support store operations as a management team member and lead in CVS values.
• Be willing to pursue promotion to Store Manager roles in the designated market.
