Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication: bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.

• Analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability (Metrics Mindedness).
• Support store operations and uphold training processes.
