Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team leads a dynamic MIT program designed to prepare you for a Retail Store Management role. Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities to develop leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs build initiative and strong leadership, with promotion based on performance and management availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and cultivate a high-performing, engaged store team.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to drive results.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
