Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and live the Pledge to deliver WOW customer service.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop a strong team.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to improve profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain structured training processes.
• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store operations.
• Progress through the MIT program and position for future management openings.
