AutoZone is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to prepare for promotion into Retail Store Management. You’ll receive hands-on leadership training, deliver WOW! customer service, and gain operational expertise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Within 8–12 weeks, you could progress into management depending on performance, with structured learning, staffing, and training responsibilities supported by a mentor and management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive store performance.
• Learn to manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and adhere to policies and structured training processes.
