• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through the MIT program.
• Deliver WOW! Customer Service and uphold AutoZone standards.
• Learn to analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations with structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, training, and performance improvement.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
• Complete management skills training and prepare for store leadership.
