The Manager in Training (MIT) is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position, with hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities.

Within 8-12 weeks, you could progress into management—depending on your prior experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Learn to manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training.
