Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Oversee store operations and merchandising to drive sales.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support staffing, training, and development of employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
• Deliver customer service leadership and resolve concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement sales strategies.
• Participate in management skills training and career progression.
