Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience in retail.
• Able to stand, bend, walk 7+ hours per day and lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements and monitor results.
• Monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales) to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements to maintain stability and reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and handle banking requirements.
