Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to develop sales teams, drive profits, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. The role emphasizes a commission-driven environment and a comprehensive training program to prepare for management duties.

You will lead store operations, train staff, and ensure daily sales targets are met while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience in retail/customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Monitors expenses (labor, cost of sales) to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store cleanliness, stock levels, organization and customer readiness.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
