Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand and build high-performing sales teams. Starting pay is $16-$20 per hour, plus commission and bonuses, with a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail/customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk 7+ hours and lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Monitor labor, cost of sales, and expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure store operations comply with legal requirements.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Safeguard cash and manage banking requirements.
