Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and exert for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals and coach staff to improve performance.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control labor and expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain store integrity.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty.
• Create a positive, team-based environment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handle money and banking responsibilities.
