7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team and help drive customer service excellence. This full-time role offers valuable management experience and competitive pay as part of our Assistant Store Leader Trainee pathway.

You will lead customer service efforts with the Store Leader, coach staff, execute merchandising programs, handle cash and fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and staff coaching with the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and empower employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
