7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive daily operations.

Qualifications

• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees and encourage productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and promotion of loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
