Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in a full-time role. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee staff, and drive merchandising and promotional initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership development, retention, and the ability to manage cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with coaching for store staff.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and in-stock products according to procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to multi-task.
• Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
