Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join a store leadership team in Houston, TX.

This role focuses on supervising and coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and driving sales through merchandising and programs designed to meet business goals. You will work closely with the Store Leader, develop leaders, and ensure a clean, safe environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength retaining staff by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and intrapersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of retail management experience helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance during employment.

Responsibilities
