7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Texas. This role focuses on leadership development, staff coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll support merchandising initiatives, manage cash and fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, compliant store. We offer full-time hours and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Oversight of customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Strong focus on retention by developing leaders and identifying qualified applicants.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; one year of Retail Management experience acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance during employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader and store staff.
• Train and coach team members for consistent performance.
• Execute merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and stocked products.
