Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will help lead daily operations, train teammates, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly pay range and opportunities for advancement through internal promotions. Prior retail management experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Proven customer service leadership, training and coaching abilities.
• Ability to oversee store employees with the Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure in-stock products.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
