Job summary

Buckle in Mesa is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive guest experience, recruit teammates, and demonstrate leadership on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and accountability, with opportunities to influence product presentation and guest interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service across Buckle’s sales areas.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and drive performance.
• Execute all POS procedures and maintain Loss Prevention practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store per Buckle guidelines.
