Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to enhance the guest experience and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, mentor staff, and execute visual and sales strategies.

The role emphasizes showmanship, product knowledge, and top-notch customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to perform essential duties including guest service, merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and making recommendations.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and guest interaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing new Teammates.
• Maintain store standards and support leadership in daily operations.
