Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or Walgreens internship program, or HS diploma with 2 years in supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication and business acumen.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to relocate to Walgreens locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front end operations and customer service teams to achieve store deliverables.
• Manages recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Drives store performance metrics and ensures compliance with company policies and laws.
• Maintains cash handling, inventory control, and store safety procedures.
• Provides coaching and development to team members to improve customer experience.
