Job summary

The role supports the Store Manager in achieving overall store deliverables and taking on responsibilities in their absence, including merchandising, asset protection, and profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR satisfactorily completed Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end operations to ensure strong store performance.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager in achieving company deliverables and oversees store activities in their absence.
• Ensures proper merchandising, protection of store assets, and improvement of sales and profitability.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements and identify sales opportunities.

Education
