Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for appropriate roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to achieve company deliverables.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for team members.
• Ensures merchandising, asset protection, and store profitability.
• Supports Store Manager with scheduling, coverage, and store leadership in their absence.
