Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience (internship program allowed).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager and potential relocation.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end operations to support store profitability.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Supports Store Manager in operations, merchandising, and asset protection.
• Engages with customers to resolve issues and improve service metrics.
• Monitors and coaches customer service across front end and pharmacy.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements.
• Supports pharmacy during busy periods as needed.
