CVS Health Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT). This development-focused program prepares you for a CVS Store Manager role through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to build skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
