Job summary

The Starting Wage is $29.50 per hour, with an estimated first-year earnings potential of $87,000 to $109,000, including salary and bonus where applicable. This is a full-time position with approximately 45 hours per week and travel among

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and training sessions.
