Starting wage is $31.75 per hour with an estimated Year 1 earnings range of $92,500 to $114,000, including potential bonuses. The program trains you to manage store KPIs and lead in multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees alignment with district manager on employee and customer concerns.
