CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow as a leader while supporting the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or CVS supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Proven track record in inventory and asset management.
