Job summary

Yesway in Sudan, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager with staff training, shift scheduling, and customer issue resolution while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role includes assisting with audits, merchandising, and overseeing guest transactions to maintain a hospitable store environment in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior supervision in retail or food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year supervising experience preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
