Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor to help manage daily operations at our retail location. You will assist the Store Manager with training, development of employees, scheduling shifts, and handling customer concerns while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role involves audits, proper merchandise placement, overseeing guest transactions, and monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, and stock checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
