Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor in New Mexico, Las Cruces to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will lead staff development, schedule shifts, and resolve customer concerns while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth guest transactions.

The role involves assisting with audits, merchandising placement, and monitoring store profitability through end-of-day procedures and audits. Prior supervisory experience in fast-paced retail is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
