Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the store manager with staff development and daily operations in Spearman, TX. This role focuses on training, shift scheduling, and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
