Job summary

Yesway, Inc. in Clovis, NM is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will train and develop staff, schedule shifts, resolve customer concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining hospitable guest service.

The role involves assisting with audits, proper stock placement, and monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures and inventory controls. Prior supervisory experience in retail or a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Certification testing successfully completed upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
