Yesway in Texas is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training and developing employees, scheduling shifts, and handling day-to-day store operations.

You will resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits and merchandising, oversee guest transactions, and monitor store profitability through end-of-day procedures. Yesway is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervising others in fast food, retail, restaurant, or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
