Job summary

Yesway- Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and development of employees. You will help schedule shifts, address customer concerns, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.

In this role you will oversee end-of-day procedures, monitor shrink, audits, and compliance with regulations, while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of supervisory experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
