MFA Oil Company is seeking candidates for its Big O Management Trainees program in Sedalia, Missouri. Trainees perform a variety of store functions while learning management skills and demonstrating increasing proficiency in preparing for managing a Big O Tire Store.

You'll work with store leadership, develop teams, drive profitability, ensure safety and policy adherence, and grow through structured training and on‑the‑job experiences to lead future Big O Tire locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain state motor vehicle inspection license within one year.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to lead team meetings.
• Availability for holidays, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, and shop management.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel, training programs, and company policies.
• Set goals to meet budgeted sales, gross profit, and payroll objectives.
• Develop and maintain ability to perform all store operations, including shop, sales, and management.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Shadow the Store Manager to develop hiring and evaluation processes.
