Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking Big O Management Trainees to perform a variety of store functions while learning management skills for Big O Tire Stores. You will work under Store Managers to oversee operations, staff, and training, with emphasis on profitability and service standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, merchandising, and daily store duties, while developing leadership capabilities and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
