Job summary

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and prior retail or automotive sales experience. You will train in company programs and ensure compliance with PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to obtain state motor vehicle inspection license within one year of hire.
• Previous experience in retail or automotive sales or service.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery.
• Willingness to comply with PPE regulations.
• Valid driver’s license to move customer vehicles in/out of shop area.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and staff.
• Successful pre-employment screenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.
• Ensure consistent opening and closing of location according to hours.
• Perform store operations including customer service, sales, and office tasks.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend maintenance when appropriate.
• Assist Store Manager with financial aspects and payroll projections.
• Guide staff in resolving customer concerns and achieving goals.
• Train staff on company programs and procedures.
• Support inventory replenishment and month-end counts.
• Prepare reports for management and participate in weekly meetings.
